I am 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. I am a Chartered Surveyor during the week and run a yoga studio with my mum Susie, in Ilkley West Yorkshire. I am also a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor. I have a passion for breath work, relaxation and mediation. The combination is a fantastic toolbox for birth.
