Hi my name is Anna and I’m a qualified KGHypnobirthing practitioner! I love helping mummas and papas-to-be understand our bodies when pregnant and giving birth and how we can claim control of our birthing stories. After successfully using hypnobirthing on my own two births I was so obsessed with it, I had to teach it and spread the word! It changed my life and enabled me to have a birthing story I was proud of and felt in control, giving me the confidence and calmness to bring my babies into the world. I am naturally a freak-the-boat so when I found out there was actual tools to help me overcome my fear and give me power and confidence – I was like – sign me up! I currently do one-on-one or small group settings, in person or online! If I can help other parents-to-be to release their fears and find the birth they feel empowered with, I’m a happy chappy!
