My name is Lorraine and I teach all around North West London, West London and parts of Middlesex. I offer private classes in your home and I also hold group classes at the Chaim centre in Willesden Green, London NW2.
My name is Lorraine and I am a KG Hypnobirthing Practitioner, as well as a yoga teacher and NLP practitioner.
I offer hypnobirthing courses across North West London, West London and Middlesex, including Queen's Park, Wembley, Harrow, Ealing and beyond.
For many years I have worked as a yoga teacher and gained valuable experience guiding people towards a greater awareness of their mind-body connection and supporting their well-being. I am also trained in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming).
Through my experience of witnessing how the power of the mind and breath affect the body, I was naturally drawn to hypnobirthing. In my classes, I am able to draw upon both my yoga and NLP training, which are both closely linked to the key premises of hypnobirthing.
I am passionate about how hypnobirthing can prepare mothers-to-be to have a more positive pregnancy, labour and birth. I love supporting couples on their journey and providing them with tools to support deep relaxation and feelings of calm confidence. What you learn in hypnobirthing prepares you not only for a wonderful birth, but also gives you skills that are useful in all aspects of life.
I look forward to guiding you as you prepare for a natural birth and helping you achieve the best possible birth experience for you.
KH Hypnobirthing can help you to have a positive experience of childbirth, and enables you to have the best possible start to family life. I teach the complete KG hypnobirthing programme which consists of 10/12 hours of content and is taught either privately or in small groups, ensuring parents-to-be have plenty of personal attention.

"From early on in my pregnancy I knew I wanted to do a hypnobirthing course. I am naturally a worrier and knew that the techniques used would help me in everyday life too! I was introduced to Lorraine through a friend and after a chat on the phone I knew that she was going to be great for us.... very calm, kind and understanding. We did the course and I loved it and even my skeptical husband loved it by the end. We invested in practising the techniques after learning them with Lorraine and I have to say I was excited about the birth and cool as a cucumber! When it came to Molly deciding she was ready to make her appearance I used the techniques and stayed at home for as long as I could.... I was so cool and in control infact that when we got to the hospital I was 9cm dilated and ready to push! Molly arrived calmly and in 2 hours (despite being back to back) .... no time for any pain relief inc gas and air or to get into the pool.... breathing techniques really helped and I was so rubbish at it when I first learnt... Practise makes perfect! We were ready to go home 3 hours after Molly was born! My husband said I was totally in the zone and the midwife said that next time I should just stay at home as it couldn't have been any better. The midwife barely did anything other than observe. It was a wonderful experience and as far as I was aware it was just my husband and I doing what we had practised. Thank you Lorraine"
After taking a hypnobirthing course with Lorraine Jimenez, I can't reccommend the course or Lorraine highly enough. We feel informed, empowered and encouraged to bring our baby into the world as best we can.
'Taking the Hypnobirthing course with Lorraine was an absolute treat. We loved the dedicated time out of our very busy schedule (moving house, cities, jobs and arranging a mortgage!) as it helped us to relax, and focus on our unborn baby. It bonded us together as parents too, allowing us to work together towards this exciting, but also utterly unknown, goal.'
'When our baby arrived early, it was thanks to the sessions with Lorraine that we were able to stay calm in the face of a very difficult situation, and for that we will be ever deeply grateful. Our healthy, happy baby is a real joy and Lorraine's course had a huge part to play in his safe arrival'
